设备简介：
1.适用于各种PE罐、铝合金罐 、纸罐等各种圆形规格以及特殊定制模具瓶型使用，针对流通性良好的中药饮片自动定量灌装生产。
2.该套设备自动化程度高，整线联动运行，符合GMP标准要求。由操作人员将瓶放置理瓶机上，机器自动理瓶，物料自动提升、称重、入瓶、定位罐瓶、封盖、贴标签，生产日期打印等一系列生产环节均是自动化，无需人工参与。根据企业需求还可配套重量选别秤、干燥剂自动投包、瓶身除粉装置、人工操作工作区、喷码机、软盖自动封盖、成品收集工作台等辅助配套设备，进一步完善满足生产需要。
设备流程：
人工把空瓶放在转盘理瓶机理瓶，人工把要包装的物料倒入到z型提升机的振料斗内，提升机把物料提升输送到多头组合称上称重，输送带先把空瓶输送到定位点定位等待，多头称灌装入瓶，灌装完后，输送到瓶身粉尘清除装置进行清洁，然后再输送至自动压盖机进行封盖，出来后自动压软塑料盖,输送到贴标机上贴标，*后人工装箱。

1、整机设计美观大方，操作简单;触摸屏操作控制系统，电器元器件均采用国内外品牌，故障率低，维护成本投入小。
2、智能化程度高:各单机均为中文对话控制面板。多项自检报警功能，全线联动性好，运行流畅。

4、采用人机界面控制面板(触摸屏) 控制系统采用名牌PLC。
